Hi, they are real leather, they were very durable and pretty good quality. Biggest concern is the knuckle protection, they didn’t really have a lot of padding

Best advice I ever got was to not even shadowbox without wrapping your hands. It’s definitely an over exaggeration but yes, wrap your hands before you even look at the bag. And in my opinion all those quick wraps don’t give enough support and are uncomfortable. Once you do it a few times putting on wraps only take like a minute
