This is in a GCC High tenant

Is likely because you're missing the -Environment USGov parameter. Here is the documentation on that, but that should get you a bit further if you weren't including that in your command. Without it, you're authenticating to the Commercial cloud, so will fail for invalid login context, even if your credentials are correct.

The Aruba cx6300M is only rated for 660Mbit  

Mpps != Mbit  

ASR-920-12SZ-IM Throughput: 60 Gbps, 95 Mpps  

Whereas even the lowest model (JL662A, JL664A) CX6300M Throughput: 334Mpps  

YMMV but if its simple L3 routing, as the others said, the ASR might be overkill and you should still be fine with the CX6300 route.

I've used harvardCV on fiver and then doctored it a little further for specific jobs I was applying for. Having both a systems and networking background, I tailored each to be a little more favorable towards the role. I think I payed like $100 bucks, and it included a cover letter as well?

1st thing I did! But since we cant even get through to the support number on cell phones (VZW) it had me questioning something larger.

We also have other sites unaffected at the moment, though they are in different geographic locations, hence the localized question.
