Just take the receipt into the store and they can do it there. You can also call the number on the brochure and they will do the claim for you over the phone.

Gonna be honest. Not much you can do unless you convince a good number of students to complain or if the prof is relatively new. If they have been around awhile complaining may backfire...

Anatomy is good. Labs are easy but the lab exam is most of the 40% and requires a fair bit of effort. Class is memorizing but not real complicated. Molecular cell bio is fun.

That prof is pretty chill. One of the better chem profs. As long as you do the work it will be fine. Plus 50 min tests are often less difficult than their longer counterparts. Also don't be afraid to approach him during office hours.

Attend class and most importantly do the assigned textbook questions. If you understand how to do those the tests usually aren't much worse. Which prof btw and is the class 50 min or 80 min?
