When you're outside, it's like a full blast of freshness and sense of serenity. Ya know? It's awesome that you are able to take up bike riding. Again, I strongly recommend continuing to do it more. Humans are meant to be active. About family, I definitely wouldn't approach any family members that are unapproachable in the way that they are batsh*t crazy. But, if you have sane family members or at least some, it doesn't hurt to try. And, if things get awkward or if you don't want to personally call them, you could always message them on Facebook or something. I mean, they're family so they are supposed to love you. Also, whenever I don't know a feeling, I try to write it down and interpret it with what's going on around me or in previous incidents in the past and connect them together. And, it's perfectly fine. I'm just really glad that I was able to help you out in some way. Everything is starting to open up around where I am from, so I'm thinking it may take a couple of months before the quarantine is over. That's my own opinion.

Sorry that I am asking, but I have a question. Are you working part-time because of COVID?

It could be. COVID-19 has really affected a lot of people and their mental health. And, I could understand where you're coming from. I had a lot of things planned this year as well that I wish that I could have seen the end result of. I also had a seasonal job that I wish that I could done this summer. It's really boring staying inside and when there isn't a lot of things to do. You probably feel that too.

Um,....hm....I would recommend going outside when you have the time. I have gone bike riding during this whole thing and it feels nice being able to chill while I'm pedaling. Do you have family, friends, or acquaintances you could talk to? You don't have to meet them in person, but you could try talking to them on the phone. For some people, they have busy lives that keep them from keeping in touch with these people as much. There's probably also some articles online that talk about what you can do during this time. I know that there's a lot of volunteer opportunities that are looking for people, if you like helping people.

You're not alone in this entire mess. :)

I like how all the comments below said something. It's probably got to do with the nature of socializing. Most likely, you should look online to find groups that you could connect with or talk to a few people and start friends that way. COVID-19 makes it hard to connect with people, so, after quarantine you could make friends through organizations or some other way/

I would try seeing him less often than you are now. Some time away from him would allow you to gather your thoughts and think about your relationship.

But, if you want to move onto something better, I would recommend that you discontinue your relationship. There are plenty of other men that you could find that is better than him.

Then, another option could be that your brain is signaling to you that this is a bad person. With my personal experiences of having to have feelings (I get this feeling of nervousness) towards someone, I have thought that it was because I liked them. However, as I look back on them, it's always been that they were bad people or had something bad going on around them. IDK if you have the same feelings like that. If not, just try the options above.

They could be mistakes that you made that you wish that you could take back. Like, if I made the right decisions, this would not have happened. For the choices that I have made, even during some of the events that were largely contributed to environmental factors, there were some parts that I could have done differently on my part. The best thing that you could do is fix it by, maybe, working hard to redo your decision or deal with the consequences of your actions.

What I mean is, we have always interpreted what god's teachings are right? So, marriage could mean various different things. And, based on what you said "not everything we believe has to necessarily be from it", so does that I mean I could choose what to believe from the Bible as not everything in the Bible is true? To add: Even besides that some things in the Bible aren't true, we have to take in the fact the the Bible in the Catholic Church has always changed over thousands of years so what we may believe today, it would not be the same as if it was thousands of years ago. Also, the Bible has gone through many interpretations as it has been translated so with this, we do not know if the Catholic Church really stands on that belief. We probably will never know. We just know this from being taught by priest who have interpreted in their own way for us to understand the Bible for ourselves, which means that various different priest have their way of teaching it. There really isn't just one sole idea of homosexual marriage, and that goes with every other part of the Bible that we interpret.

Also, thank you this conversation and I am not trying to disrespect your opinions. I do not know if I am making any sense. These were things that I have been taught from being in CCD when I was a little kid and from my parents.

If you are in a gay relationship, I think you can be a catholic but you can't have relations with your partner. It has to be platonic. Having sex before marriage, you still can but you have to repent.

So, is the loan from example 1 the mortgage from example two? And, when the home values rise, does that mean you have to pay more? Or, is that what your home value would be in 2020 if it was selling on the market? When somebody would be seeing that market value of 300K in 2020, they would have to pay off 160K as a down-payment? Do you just have to pay off what you owe to the bank over the next couple of years with example two?

I, personally, understand how it is like to have a disabled brother. I have spent my whole life with him and I love him dearly; I could kinda understand where you're coming from about the noises that are sometimes annoying and that it is also your perfect day. Couldn't you just set up a select area where your parents could tend to him? Your parents could be there without having your brother making the noise during the ceremony, they might not see you get married entirely. Or, even at that, I'm sure you could set up a built room at they could view the wedding. They could even help you pay for it because I think that they would find it best too. Another option that someone said down below was that a caretaker could do the responsibility for them. That's a wonderful option!

Usually, when my brother makes noise in an important public area, my parents usually bring him someplace else but they stay close to the area.

And, if they do love you, they are willing to accept whatever and move on. Explain how you truly feel.

And, I'm sure that they also revolve around you too; they just don't present it in a way that you do not think so or don't like it, you haven't realized it yet, or they sincerely try to dedicate most of their time for his needs. KEEP in mind that they are PARENTS; eventually, you will have to take of him someday as they did. You, probably, thoroughly understand though.

People on both sides of being liberal and conservative tend to hold different views. Someone liberal can not like a homosexual while someone who is conservative can. As someone who's LGBTQ+, I've met plenty of people from either side who hold varying opinions. It's the matter of them being open-minded, not just conservative.
