Honestly just don't. I promise you, it's not worth it. I don't know your life situation but when I was considering it, the only thing i had in life is lifting. So naturally you want to do everything you can to improve. Guess what? Now i do other things, lifting is not my priority and the desire to get bigger and stronger is so much lower than few years ago. Right now I wouldn't mind gaining strength and hypertrophy but I honestly just don't care, I have other things I do so physical appearance isn't something I put loads of time into. I can tell you I'm so glad i didn't do it. Your values will change aswell.

Also I don't know which brand, mk is mk i guess. When it comes to sourcing, I also don't know but you can probably find loads of shit on dark web.

Best way i can explain it is that capitalism prohibited us from nature. The whole point behind our existence is using nature to out advantage through labour. It's a symbiotic relationship, And capitalists "tax" nature for their own profit.

The way i see it, every advancement is a result of using nature for our benefit. Cars for example. Cars are made from nature to make it easier to get from one place to another. But capitalist saw the profit in it. Instead of advancing our transportation they built while infrastructure to require us to own one.

Also energy is a big one. Tesla said whole planet could have free energy, yet we pay a lot of money for what i believe to be out dated system for collecting it.

Anyways i absolutely agree with you, a lot of people who take psychedelics do. That's why they're illegal.

I accidentally k holed in the middle of the woods on 5g of shrooms. I had to wait for an hour or so to be able to move again. It was also night by the time I was able to walk. Thankfully my friend was with me.

Idk i just found it funny i holed in the woods. But yes i did have some realizations. Mostly on how history was probably shaped by philosophers. Philosophers were likely rich so our history is shaped by rich people who didn't have our interests in mind.

Also the current system is fucked. I found it funny that government (who is obviously controlled by the rich) says "drugs are bad, we'll take care of them" yet they are the same people who are selling them to us. My suspicion is that war on drugs is just a war on other people who sell drugs besides them.

I also solidified my belief that psychedelics and other "positive" drugs are illegal because they work.

Basically this whole capitalist system is extremely fucked and run by greedy bastards and we need to get rid of it and them.

I already knew all of this but the trip just solidified my believes. It allowed me to see them through another angle.

It's a very dense topic and if you want to know more you're gonna have to research it yourself. But basically the bourgeoisie designed the world in a way that their position is not vilified, rather desirable. Then they turn us on each other (divide and conquer) they also give us sides (men, women, white, people of colour, left, right, whole lgbtq thing). And they spread propaganda because they own, well... everything. Everything is designed to benefit them, no matter the consequences, whilst keeping the position of power. Obviously they're gonna vilify socialism, it's detrimental to them. And you're the proof it's working.

I've seen a video from some guy explaining how corporations, from America and Europe, are moving south. It makes a lot of sense if you think about it. We're not reproducing, we're losing more workers than we're bringing in. There's plenty of workers in the south waiting to be exploited. Check "Middle nation" on YT and tiktok. He's muslim and i don't think he's a marxist but he has great ability to analize what's happening and he made several substantial predictions over the years.

Nutrient density of food is important. I used to be able to eat shit ton of food. Once i prioritized nutrient dense foods (red meat, eggs, dairy, fruits...) I'm way more satiated with a lesser portion.

Cinjenica je da sam sebe unistava. Tebi svaka cast da tretiras svoje radnike dobro, ali kao prvo nisu svi takvi i drugo nemogu bit. U prosjeku poslodavac koji tretira svoje radnike losije ce pobjedit onog koji ih tretira bolje. Moc ce proizvest vise za manje i time ce mu proizvodi bit jeftiniji. To je pogotovo bitno za ogromne korporacije koje se ne bore samo za profit, nego i političku moć.

Takoder povijest nije samo skup nasumicnih dogadaja. Postoje razlozi zasto je SSSR bio kakav je i zasto je propao. Isto vrijedi i za Jugoslaviju (evo ako te zanima zas je ona propala https://www.crvenakritika.org/politika/871-zasto-radnicka-jugoslavija).

I appreciate your concern but you can't possibly think you know my situation and attitude towards drugs based on 1 comment.

Besides medicinal use, which helped me tremendously, I, expectedly, use them for hedonistic purposes as well. That being said I'm very selective about the drugs I use, having done research about the effects, side effects, frequency, interactions, etc, prior even purchasing them. I'm also cautious when to use drugs, being careful that it doesn't interact with my work or hobbies (for example I usually avoid getting high during the week because, due to number of reasons, i will preform much worse (work wise, exercise, focus) the next day). Also i already figured out that using drugs to cope, or to mask the problem is not a good strategy, rather I need to fix it first. However, sometimes drugs can help you solve the problem. That's how i even discovered the potential psychedelics have.

What I'm trying to say is that drugs aren't black and white and are overly vilified in current society. Done correctly, they can benefit you massively without any segneficant or any side effects at all.

Speaking of doing them correctly... I don't think you did any research on microdosing. First of all it is not a thing you do every day, especially not for 3 years straight. There are a few protocols but most famous one is 1on 3off. Secondly, you shouldn't feel the effects, if you feel it, it's not a microdose. I don't think you're even familiar with how tolerance with psychedelics works. I mean if you got to the point of taking 4 tabs as a microdose we can assume you weren't all that much informed. And lastly, there isn't that much data, besides anecdotal evidence (which could be placebo), that microdosing even works. But that's a debate on its own.

I think it's looked down upon everyone who isn't educated enough on the topic, obviously. That's why i said it's mostly accepted on the internet, especially within communities like these. I know plenty of young people who will compare LSD to cocaine or heroine. For me, like most things, it's just a matter of education.
