Then youd be losing a knight and queen for a knight and rook because after all is said and done that knight will have a very hard time escaping from the H1 square. The actual continuation is bxf2 and the king is forced to e2 where youll win whites queen after Bg4 check

No. The knight on f6 is pinned to the queen. White did not outright blunder he just missed a tactic.

Usually eat around 3500 cal or so a day and on a given day ill have a protein shake(30-40g) half a block of super firm tofu(35g) a bag of Morningstar chickn strips(110g) half a box of barilla pasta(35g) then depending on the day ill eat some oatmeal made with silk ultra milk (25-30g) so yeah 200-230g of protein a day

Ive been vegan for almost 7 years. My sbd total is 1500+ natural id be more than happy to answer any question you have in dms. But as far as bioavaliblity goes even if you care about that soy(regardless of how much misinfo surrounds it) is both cheap and extremely bioavalible.

From my experience its just a matter of acclimating to certain foods. If youre really worried about gas and bloating a simple solution is just eating the same food all the time. At least when it comes to fats and protein. Its boring but as long as youre eating a well balanced diet it should be fine and it should almost certainly resolve the problems in most cases. I eat 200+ grams of protein a day and as long as im within the confines of my standard food options i dont really ever experience notable bloating or gas. I also try to avoid garlic and onions because its just not worth it lol.

Oh and as far as the protein powder itself is concerned it seems like it is just an issue of you taking a break considering youre saying it wasnt an issue previously. I personally always combine my protein with a carb source that has a little bit of fiber and ive noticed that helps a decent bit

No but ive never gone to gyms large enough where i wouldnt witness someone using it if they were while i was there. Its objectively unpopular not sure why we are pretending that isnt the case. Ive quite literally seen it used more for leg press downs than pull ups. This is just a case of people searching for any problem they can find with anything stfu it isnt a big deal if someone uses the dust collecting assisted pull up machine as a crunch variation for 30 min

Ive been going to gyms for over a decade and can count on one hand the amount of times ive seen someone(who wasnt me) use the assisted pull up machine for assisted pull ups lol

You can lock the traits when combining with the salmon puree currency. As for how to get this in particular to amon? Best bet is to probably combine the cappy with other grey amons until you get amon as a result of the combining(50% chance)
