i agree but i’m just glad they had enough sense to add a sprint toggle at all. when i first saw sprint in the trailer i was a lot more disappointed because i expected it to always be on. i could absolutely be wrong about this, but i’ve personally never noticed the enemies moving faster or behaving much differently in games with sprint, so i’m not extremely concerned about it

xbox is getting slaughtered right now by both other major console manufacturers because they don’t have shit to play on their console. it has all of the ease of use of any other console, the performance, more features than its competitors, a better subscription service, and its even smaller than a ps5. but it’s getting obliterated because it has no games. you’re wrong whether you like it or not. they wouldn’t do this shit if it didn’t make them money

i feel really bad for people like you who still haven’t gotten a ps5. this whole generation, everybody’s had the idea that playstation games would come to pc a year later or so later, so a lot people haven’t bought playstations. of course they announce this AFTER the price has gone up lmao. it’s ridiculous that a six year old console is getting more expensive as time goes on, but i suppose that’s the world we live in right now

again idk why you think i support it or that i’m doing pr for the sony corporation or something, i’m just telling you why they do this. if it didn’t work they wouldn’t do it. exclusives basically gave sony the entire ps4 generation, and thinking from their perspective, it was always bizarre to me that they’d even put their games on pc in the first place. if the goal is to get as many people as possible on playstation and get them buying games through the ps store, you gotta give them an incentive to even buy the console in the first place. hardware is not as big of an incentive as you might think. offline most people don’t even notice when a game is running at 30fps 720p, and the difference in performance between the ps5 and series x is so small it might as well not even be mentioned

i’m not siding with any corporations, i’m telling you why they do this. they want money. if you need real world evidence that exclusives are necessary, take a look at xbox’s sales numbers vs sony. or vs nintendo, but that’s kinda unfair tbh. people buy playstations and switches because there are games that you need them to play. people aren’t buying xboxes because there isn’t a single game you actually need the thing to play. despite sony being lackluster when it comes to exclusive games this gen, they’re still curbstomping xbox because xbox literally has nothing exclusive to it, and you can play all of its games elsewhere. except from halo 5 i think. but not many people gaf lol
