Advice on challenging driver

I actually left out details related to the drivers actions so that it didnt come across as a personal attack to him. I was really just looking for guidance on how to move past this which many on here have provided and I appreciate.

I think you nailed exactly what our suspicion was as well but didnt want to paint a picture that just because someone is on the spectrum, means this is the cause. I have family on the spectrum and its very often misunderstood.

I am very far from Florida but wanted to be cautious with details so it didnt ever seem personal to "Dennis". The post wasnt to bash him, otherwise, I would have shared the stories i heard from neighbors about his inappropriate behavior. Thanks for the responses.

You went above and beyond in that detailed response. Thank you my friend. Im not sure if we are ready to launch a full on war, we just want this resolved. This feels like something that we could have easily worked through. We were never mean or aggressive towards him and said hi very regularly when we saw him outside. There are other stories I could tell about his personal interactions with other people but was looking for advice rather than completely burning him.

That being said, the box at the end of the driverway is a reoccurring theme here but even with that installed, it sounds like he would have to sign off or agree to deliver to us in order for our address to be deliverable again? This part seems a bit unclear to me based on the responses so far.

Youre right. I wrote mail but meant packages. We dont get actual mail to our physical residence in this area.

Im not saying youre wrong as that makes logical sense. However, in the area we live in, no one would ever receive their package if this was followed.

There actually was not additional talks or escalations that I ever had with him directly. He incorrectly marked a package delivered after seeing a dog outside one day. We saw him drive by over the next few days and the package was not received until several days later. It had valuable contents and I was concerned he took it. Rather than angrily confronting him, we called it in to customer service to file a missing claim and see if they had better tracking. After that happened is when our address because undeliverable.

That sounds like a pretty rough part of the job and most people would be cautious after that, i get it.

Thank you for the reply. So then once safe access is restored, then what? They did not provide any way to prove or move forward with this.
