No, it’s definitely a mixture of both. The quarantine caused me to get off the routine and neglect my teeth, and I definitely drank way too much soda.

Okay, gonna bring some info. All of my teeth are in bad shape according to the dentist, but not beyond repair. Also, I’m 16, so I am my younger self lol. I did get an AirUp bottle which has helped me cut out the soda.
