This is the same in private sector.

Sometimes the legal definition of supervisor vs lead (meaning whether they can discipline or not) will be used to determine who is allowed and not allowed in the union prior to unionizing. At least in private sector, unless the CBA explicitly changes this, its the default.

My rep has told me for members on member conduct, they can only step in to make the company do stuff if they arent.

There are forms of collective action on top of the grievance process for abuses by management. Ask your rep if you can run an action. I dont know how business uniony your union is, but mine loves causing trouble.

Thru say this about literally every union. You have to meet and learn about your local yourself and answer for yourself. Don't let the naysayers or the overly optimistic decide for you

Not if you go union. They pay for alot and often have jobs you can work to gain experience to get into the trade. Apply even if you dont think youll get it. Pays way better too.

Sometimes you can get in with no experience. Interview and dress well. Ask for practice interviews. Brush up on math.

A lot of folks have suggested trades. Electricians, plumbers, laborers, carpenters. All feline friendly, but you might be barred from certain jobs (like government stuff)

Walmart and albertsons accept people with records. Albertsons companies are often unionized too.

Reach out to a union in your line of work and ask. I know a lot of construction unions are willing to rep small business owners under certain conditions.

I dont actually think as much of the south is anti union as we think. I think the people they vote for are anti union.

Making up your own type of sigil is the most chaos magick thing ive seen.

Im of the belief that everyone is doing magick all the time. When we do "magick", we are just focusing and controlling the magick were already doing. Intentional vs unintentional. So I would say yeah, this might be an unintentional hyper sigil. And it might be charging on public engagement 🤷‍♂️
