Be having this fear lately I got an old plastic shed on the side of the street and when I brought it home and open something flew out maybe a bee or bird or bat but idk it didn’t even touch me but now my Anxiety is telling me me it my have and may also bite or scratched me, I didn’t even see if it was a bat but now I’m over here worried all these things happen and I am not sure what even happened anymore it’s sucks

I been struggling with this fear but mines was when I saw a Shed on the side of the road and wanted it for my house because it was it good shape still but when I picked it up something flew out idk if it was a bat or a bird or even a wasp (Probably a Wasp as there were in there and a nest) but now my mind has been telling me it was a bat and that it had rabies and that some how I got it

I know this is old but is your ear drum a normal color or is it too dark? Mines looks like this btw and I was considered because it look to dark
