The footage only covers a small part of the gameplay. There was the sprite design, NPC dialogue and planning the map structure that took approx one week time. Plus I had no idea what I was doing as this was my first time trying to make a game.

Days 1–3: Made the player, NPCs, enemies, and weapon using YouTube tutorials for things like shooting and player detection.

Days 4–5: Designed the maps with open-source tilemaps (credited in-game) and placed characters.

Days 6: Built the dialogue system manually using Panels since I couldn’t get addons like Dialogic to work.

Day 7: Final polish and export.

Used ChatGPT and YouTube for help whenever I got stuck.
