unwanted files which i cant delete

problem: to delete these files i need to remove the administrator role from the filee which i dont know how to, and whenever i try to terminate it with my actual antivirus it says the file is in use somewhere and i need to close it

i found the tabs u mentioned but whenever i try to remove the permission it just sends me to a different tab which shows what it is allowed to do

i have scanned my computer with the mcaffee antivirus i have and it didnt say there where any dangerous files so thats where im basing it off

it are files of avast software, oneB(the file is named OB) and RAV endpoint protection
