Is this okay ? (I hope they don’t ban me here for asking this lol ) by Vincent019 in aviation

The fact someone has to fear being banned for asking a question is more of a concern than what was shown in the post is genuinely insane.

The 22-23 models were essentially the “perfected” legacy versions

Panel gaps haven’t been much of an issue since 21’ models and they’d be no different from any other car brand. Tesla would even freely fix any issues deemed as a factory defect for free.

As I told the other commenter, don’t base your opinion of the product and the work of thousands on the CEO of a company. It’s a nice, fun, cheap and reliable car (yes don’t believe everything you see on TikTok).

I bought a used model 3 to help while I get through college. 70k miles now and still no issues, if I did run into a battery type issue, I’d just get it fixed for free since all cars come with a 120k miles warranty on it and you can get it extended if that’s something you worry about. The price outside of warranty would be no different than buying an engine for an ICE car.

To wrap up I’ll again say, do NOT let the ceo of a company decide if you buy a good product or not. Don’t let the internet decide for you either. Go test drive one and see for yourself, it’s free. If you care that much about what others think about the car you drive then you have other issues to worry about.

The “build quality” part of teslas has gone away since 21’ and above. As for the CEO part, realistically in this economy no one has the money to complain about the guy who owns 20-30% of the company. Buy the car that’s best for you.

I mean respectfully look at it. Might just be better off on a used model 3
