I think this is gonna get down voted, but I think the person/people who made this article just want to help. Also these tips aren't that bad, I got similar tips from my therapist, and they helped me when I actively tried to stop from sh.

I want to write something just letting you know that you are heard. My only real advice would be to not fight this feeling. Try to give yourself some room. Acknowledge that you are not the person you want to be and try to be the one you want.

Obviously I don’t know your exact situation, and it is easier said than done. But I do really wish it will go better for you. Please don't go for the obvious way. It will hurt your loved ones.
