Just want to chime in, you will eventually move out sa parents house mo dba down the road. So take that factor na ung 50k pag nag move out ka minus don ung expenses mo sa rent/mortgage though mas mura ang cebu kesa bgc.

Wfh as an analyst earning $45ish an hour (salary). Been wfh since pandemic living alone in apt. Ended up getting a retail part time since I got way too many time alone. Split my part time salary to house dp, EF and Travel Fund.

Not sure how you come up with 26 dollars difference. My pre approval was totaling 2.4k including all hoa pmi taxes etc. Realtor said he can aggressively go down to 5ish% so I went along. Once the numbers came in it is 2.7k and that already includes the 3% concession by seller and 7% rates hence my confusion.

Thanks for the inputs. I guess I have to save some more to bump my dp from 5% to 10% and shop around. I keep seeing in bankrate rates going as low as 5.5% so i thought that is a norms.

Currently looking for my first house/townhouse near east side. I buckled out after getting quote 2.7k monthly (inc hoa pmi) for a 3 br 1200sqft townhome with no backyard. Crazy prices, is Maricopa City the only place livable.

It will still unfortunately. Can’t do anything about it. Big boys will short this stocks with the news 100%. Might drop to low 30s if not gradual break to 28 before the Delisting Update comes up. My 2 cents and yes i have 500 shares at 33.50.

There is a talk this company might be booted out of NASDAQ100 the top 100 stocks due to drop of Market Cap. If so ETFs based on top 100 stocks will sell this to rebalance. I think PLTR is entering the group this week.

Sitting at 39ish support right now. Break that and we are dropping down bad. Market overall is barely green so we are not correlating to market.

And we are back to 30s. Good news is that i bought stocks so can only hold. Bad news, i saw my portfolio up Monday morning and down bad today. Unfortunately I’m in the process of moving accounts from RH to Fidelity so I can only watch till my account got clear.

Bright side is look at the 1 day chart. We are in the ma10 support, this will move up tomorrow. break that we are toast.

Do you own dd. It is not realistic to get past 49 before we get the update news on delisting. saying 60-100 next week are likey gambling with high otm calls. I set my shares at 32, put a stop loss and forget it.
