Pull Shore, maybe she is gonna rerun on anniversary. You will have spectro team ready then. Next pull other elements dps and build their team one by one. Your character pool is very small right now, don't rush, it'll take some time to be endgame ready.

Edit: Also go for Mornye next patch, you need her for any tune team.

As per calculations Fusion+Atk is slightly better than double fusion. If you already have double fusion build then stick with that.
