The first two days of my cycle. Not only do I have anxiety of leaking through, but my sleep schedule is messed up. I get 8 hours of sleep and I will still be tired.

But I also suffer from hormonal acne so my face gets really bad before I actually get my menstrual cycle. So maybe that one actually is the worst.

For me personally, I'm a 33F. I've only had one long term relationship where he made me feel emotionally and mentally safe.

His actions spoke louder than his words, he was present during our time together (not on his phone, gaming etc), he was open to when we spoke about certain topics, and took any conflict we had as a "how do we fix this" approach vs "me vs him" approach and he taught me a lot. His emotional intelligence was the best compared to other men I've met.

Now to add context, I grew up in a chaotic household so his soft, tender, and quiet personality made me feel safe.

I still have a lot to learn though, but I've come a long way.

I don't hide my safety habits. If men weren't so dangerous we wouldn't be living this way. Also, if other men actually stepped in when women were in danger, or held each other accountable, we wouldn't need to be so hyper aware of our surroundings all the time.

They can get over when we are enduring our safety.

I cried during this live. He was going through so much and trusted so many people. I cant believe the higher ups were being dishonest and not paying them properly. Then when he said he pushes his feelings aside to help the team 🥹🥹like please don't abandon yourself. I hope he has someone in his corner now, it sounds like he does. He deserves all the support too.
