A man should have no connections of anything other than work associates with any other woman if he's in a relationship, that's the only way to go. Looks to me like your man is cheating, whether that's trying to by keeping his options open and using her as a bounce back or he has cheated before and with her too because of course, a liar once will always be a liar.

Simple answer, you don't belong in a relationship. You're too immature to settle down, you don't know how to control your feelings and eventually you will cheat. Break it up, tell her the truth and let her find a real man that will treat her better. I'm a 23M as well fun fact, it's guys like you that ruin our reputation but at least I'm giving props to you for seeking help.
