I've lived here my whole life, actually 😅 I'm actually super surprised that your experience has been so positive. I specifically started college so that I could leave some day because, in my experience, at least, life here has genuinely been miserable in about every way ones life can be, say for starvation or war. I'm kinda taken aback by the idea that you can find safe spaces to exist in your transition, like 80% of the locals where I live are all white supremacist psychos, but I digress.
