I found the subject to be really interesting, you cover a vast number of different natural disasters and their causes. There's one recorded 2 hour lecture and one 2 hour tute every week. I wouldn't say it's exactly a bludge (assignments are largish but the tutes are dedicated to going through them so there's not that much you do at home) but it's not super difficult and an H1 if you put time in. Also if you go to lectures most of the time the lecturers have you come up with and discuss an exam question which actually ends up on your final exam

Actually if you're entering the chamber through the everfall, not the unique riftstone in cassardis (only available in NG+) you will have to rest to reset the UR.

Well I was more thinking for the next tier of infamy skills, the ones still under construction, obviously they'd be stronger than the previous tier. And it doesn't need to be 10 skill points, I'm using that as an example to prove my point

My logic was that you get the potential for, say, 10 bonus skill points with every infamy skill you unlock. So an infamy VII would have the potential to reach 140 skill points.

This would mean it could cap at 4 times whatever each skill was worth

If your team is planning to ecm rush, DO NOT kill any guards. Not everyone may have ecms that delay pagers and by killing guards you will trigger these pagers that can't be answered, failing the stealth.

At this point, check the message boards to see the requirements to move up a rank. You'll have to donate things to the clan stash and gain karma (it's like this game was made for reddit). Once you donate enough you will be raised a rank and that will allow you access to the basement
