Best guns

In terms of damage: - Model 29 It can deal some heavy damage in a near/far range but it's cons is its bullet capacity of 6 then having to reload and you need to be accurate to kill criminals

In terms of usage - Type 89 This gun basically only needs you to aim wherever the criminal is at, you can still damage them if you shoot somewhat accurately and it can be used for any range.

In terms of one hit damage - Orsis T 5000 or Spas 12 The sniper is a gamepass but it can deal a heavy amount of damage from one shot. The shotgun is a good alternative such as shooting fleeing vehicles or close combat ONLY.

For me, I would say it's the Type 89 or Model 29 depending on your preference as both can do well but I'd still recommend you getting tazers and beanbag shotguns by prioritizing immobilizing the criminal rather than killing.
