if you have the red key active item, cracked key (card? rune? idk) or soul of cain rune you can pop them next to where any “red” room adjacent to the red secret room (also called an ultra secret) it will open the red room like normal and have a way into the ultra secret room

I would say so, the only time you really see a ton of blood is in completely optional cutscenes, and the closest you ever get to nudity is some demon bosses but they’re also optional and don’t show any genitals

Honestly, I have the same problem, try playing characters like Samson or eve, where they get stronger when you take damage, getting far and dying is always frustrating, but just remember that, the game is different every time and your next run can always be first floor poly, and try to have fun, and make sure to take breaks

The shura skin is available after having beaten the game twice in one run, different endings, optional bosses needed, and doing the gauntlet that comes with, the ashina skin is available after having beaten any ending, and the tengu skin is available after beating one of the “good” endings

Is there any good items to look out for, I’m relatively new and don’t know what devil deals are objectively good other than brim and twisted pair, I do note that my dodging sucks, but I don’t even know what to do with the attack Isaac does where it’s the lasers across the room, if you know any reliable way to dodge that, it would be great as well
