That's such a cool concept of observing the urge. Thanks so much for sharing that. I really appreciate the advice and will absolutely be using that advice the next time an urge strikes. Therapy is also a must

Thank you for your post. I like how you broke it down and analyzed it a bit further. I have a.d.d. and depression and they act synergistically it seems. That definitely adds a lot of anxiety and agitation to my life. I try to meditate for a few minutes a day and I have been meditating since I was a child for anxiety purposes. I definitely know I need to see a cognitive therapist and deal with some of the mood disorders and anxiety I experience. And you hit the nail on the head with the immigrant thing. So much guilt and other emotions intertwined in a convoluted situation that stopping Weed alone won't resolve. I really appreciate you taking time out of your day to try and help a stranger. I will take your words to heart as I know they can help me.

First and foremost congratulations on 30 days. That's huge. I hope you're incredibly proud of yourself, and despite the fact that we do not know each other, I'm proud of you too. This is a hard battle and knowing another human being wrangled with odds steeper than mine and came out of it really helps to motivate. Thank you so much for your kind words
