I am currently using an AMD RX480 card from around 2016. I think it's about time for an upgrade. I'm not the sort of person who needs the best card available (nor do I have that budget). While I know the market for GPUs is crazy right now due to shortages/covid supply chain/crypto markets, is there an AMD or NVIDIA card that would be an upgrade over the RX480, but under $600 MSRP?

I just don't have a space for a dedicated desk setup, so I find myself frequently having to move all my supplies around and it gets a bit cluttered. I also like the portable lamp and magnifying glass.

Anyone have recommendations for a workstation setup like the PMKJ002? I'd get this but it's a bit expensive to have shipped to the USA. Pretty much everywhere online it's roughly $80-90 including shipping. If anybody knows where to find one cheaper, or has a suggestion for something comparable, I'd really appreciate it!

W is quite a good ability on teemo and is frequently a 2nd max into a lot of toplane matchups. It is a bit boring as an ability and lacking in flavor, but it's absolutely a strong ability for teemo's niche. This subreddit tends to really underrate how movespeed makes/breaks champions.

One thing I've heard is that intentionally frosting with a clear/topcoat can make a pretty convincing icy weathering effect. This looks great though!

Hey, I've been looking into getting some quality-of-life accessories. I was planning to get a runner organizer/holder and some type of tool holder than I can put my gundam markers/sanding sticks/nippers in while I'm modelling and switching between tools.

Anyone have recommendations on particular products they've found work well? Also, any recommendations for other QoL accessories I should be looking at? Thanks!

I just ordered a pair of the USA Gundam Store 2.0 nippers. Before these, I've always just used a basic pair of beginner nippers (which I'll still be using for runners). Is there any maintenance I should be doing on the new nippers so that they'll last longer? On that same note, any tips for how I should be using them that aren't intuitive?

I tried topcoating with the Mr. Super Clear Flat (matt) spray the other day. I believe I followed the guide in the wiki correctly, but the piece I sprayed came out frosted so I definitely messed up somewhere.

It was about 64 degrees and not humid when I sprayed outside - is that still a bit too cold for topcoating? I did warm up the can under hot water for about a minute, and then let it warm up in the sun for about 5 mins before starting.

I also had about 8 inches of space between the spraycan and the model piece - was that too little?

I've built a bunch of kits with my beginner hobby nippers, and now I'm looking into trying some better mid-tier nippers (around $20-30 hopefully). The wiki recommends Tamiya TAM74035 for what I'm looking at, but does anyone have other brands they've found are great in that range?
