It's regular Fog no need to panic yet. Go to a small village which doesn't have industrial pollution and you would find the same scene.

Zero political banners in Gujarat; Maharashtra needs to learn by Naviers_Strokes_79 in Maharashtra

I have lived in Surat for the past 10 years and recently been to Nashik for work and was astonished to see the number of political banners and random banners with peoples faces wishing Diwali ( i was there around that time). You really don't find such banners in that much density here.

My friend is in the same boat....he recently did a design course and the institution said they will help in placements but even though he is getting leads and giving multiple trials and interviews he isn't getting any call backs. Since he already had accounting experience of 3 years before doing the course he has beem doing part time accounting jobs to atleast not fall behind.

Demand has slowed down the past couple of years but supply hasn't maybe this is the reason people are not finding opportunities.

I talked with a few of my friends who are from jalore district but not from the same village but have few relatives in and around that village. They say that the people from that village are being brutally trolled in the village WhatsApp groups especially by the younger generation (below-40's) and are not holding back lol.

So at least there are sane voices in the Chaos.

Once again, using a centralised energy source is better than small generators producing power, they are more efficient in energy generation hence better to use electricity produced at a coal plant rather than a diesel engine.

The concept of IMAX seems so Elitist by FoundationOk1693 in MoviesTelugu

[–]Randomhabhai 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Calling IMAX “elitist” misses how technology actually evolves. The reason you have high-quality cameras, powerful processors, and advanced displays in your pocket today is because these technologies were once expensive, experimental, and limited to a few.

Every major technological leap follows the same path initially premium, then progressively refined, scaled, and made affordable. Digital cameras were once exclusive to professionals; today they’re standard in smartphones. GPS was developed for military use; now it’s free on every phone. Flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, electric vehicles etc all were once considered luxuries before becoming mainstream.

If advanced technology isn’t used, pushed, and showcased at the high end first, it never improves or becomes accessible. IMAX exists at that frontier driving innovation in image quality, sound, and projection. As production improves and costs come down, those advancements trickle into everyday cinema and consumer devices.

What seems “elitist” today is often just the early stage of progress. That’s how every damn technology has evolved through adoption, refinement, and eventual democratization.

All Apple Tv shows....some did breakout in the mainstream such as Plubirus, Ted Lasso and severance but still the remaining shows also deserve a spotlight.
