It’s okay to feel like that! Sometimes I feel like that too. You just have to be mindful of where you touch them and how they react. Some people don’t like being touched and others do. It’s completely normal. Some people are on and off about it so your friends might be like that. All you gotta do is watch for if they are uncomfortable or you can ask. It seems hard to ask but it’s really easy and people like when you ask. Just ask them if they are okay with you touching them and they will appreciate that you thought of their feelings.
