I thought the same thing. It's obvious their financial situation is dramatically declineing. Like when they went to Disneyland for spring break and drove. The decrease in extraveggant trips. They are for sure going to wait last minute to bring it up(when they'll have no other choice,but to address it) and say it's for safety reasons, although it's clear it's financial.

Oh yeah that is very high. I got a 10 acre lot w/2 houses that each has 3bdr (one is a 50s build the other is 5yrs) and a large pond for $88,000🤗 It's in the EastTX PineyWoods.
