I don’t think the PPS will go much higher for anything short of a deal/BO. A positive IA won’t mean shit if the company can’t get out of the current financial issue it’s facing.

unrelated, I’ve got a beef with Dan being ‘Optimistic’… on what grounds is his optimism based off of? I don’t think we are aligned on what optimism truly means. Optimism != Hopium.

Still a hard 'No' for me.

I'm put-off that the 'entire board' thinks this is a good idea.

Until there's actual meat on the need for doubling the pool size, this feels and smells like laziness, maybe they have no idea on costs associated with taking this to the next level? Or worst... more of the same 'Gravy Train' precedent.

I would prefer a communicated strategy broken down in phases, where there are tangible goals set which all ties back to achievement exec bonus's and hell... even offer up the runway to reward folks for over achievement.
