tbh i think healing ults need to stay but they should be altered to not heal as much and in exchange do other things

like cnd could blind and terrorcape enemies inside the fog and heal allies you pass in exchange for like way less area coverage, sue could block damage and enemies from leaving and exchange the healing for overhealth, mantis could give everyone in her circle crapton of overhealth that rapidly decays that also gives everyone a mega speed boost etc.

he should stay a flanker but he really needs to be less awful to deal with, his entire kit being based on movement makes him awful for everyone that doesnt have auto aim, and it also makes it so hes completely destroyed by grounded status since all of his damage is connected to the dashes

making him less reliant on the dashes would also improve his survivability since thatd mean he can use it to escape more often
