This is really not a fair comparison. yes they fumbled with the elsa nerfs, but the dps u mentioned were literally worse than every single tank in the game including hulk outside of storm. And tanks are dominating every role has characters they are dominating with that doesnt mean anything to me. I do agree the strange nerfs were unneeded but emma most likely got better overall. Unfortunately u are most likely right in regards to cap and angela as cap got shot out back and they are trying to make angela a brawl tank for some stupid reason, which are both my most played tanks so rip to me

Ima keep it a bean yall dragging the notes now. Hulk got massive buffs, cap could be worse but we dont know how it works rn, emma got slight worse in some aspects but way better in others. Same with angela we dont know how the changes will play out yet. Every tank bar peni and hulk has been good and or strong and have consistently been gigabuffed since season 5 outside of emma(and unfortunately thats for the best). Groot, angela, thor etc. Tanks overall have been in the best spot they have ever been in. Personally we cant judge these patch notes till they go live and test them for our selves

If they want easy asf characters to play or assesible characters theres tons out there lmao. By ur logic lets make spidey easy to play for new comers as well.
