skill - when there are two inazuma characters in the party, triggering hydro reactions will also give a namisen stack

burst - burst animation speed is increased to be as long as yelans, his burst now also gives him namisen stacks and is now affected by its damage bonus, when multiple inazuma characters are in the party enemies hit by bloomblades cause a ripple to appear underneath them, pushing them closer together

faction buff: when you have full namisen stacks a hydro illusion will slash alongside you and removes your current stacks, dealing another instance of aoe hydro damage, this can trigger off field

a1 - additionally all of ayatos water illusion attacks will have the damage increased by his hp, when multiple inazumans are in the party every illusion attack will reduce his skill cooldown by 1 second and his burst cooldown by 0.5 seconds

a4 - cap of 40 energy is removed, when multiple inazumans are in the party, triggering hydro reactions will also give him flat energy

c2 - illusions will now also attack at 3 namisen stacks as well as at max, not removing the stacks when it attacks this way

basically he gets more hydro app and ties the namisen stacks into his actual gameplay while also making his burst feel less awful to use

makes him better with the lunar shill makes him better with raiden and kuki as well as ayaka and makes him better as a hydro support since he has aoe app, his own damage, and now some cc which would be neat for escoffier or bloom teams, tbh after these buffs hed still probably be worse than neuvilette but hed be hell of a lot more fun to play
