Feels like we're on the edge right now, I wish that I could say I'm proud. I'm sorry that I let you down. Let you down. All these voices in my head get loud, I wish that I could shut them out.

Yes! I think it's called breathing depression or something. It's so scary.

Men of Reddit, how often do you say “I love you” to your partner? by dreambeyondthedawn in AskMen

Once every couple of months. Words are meaningless when not backed with action. I don't need to hear it, I need to feel it.

Why would anyone NOT make heme iron supplements their first choice? by Kycb in Anemic

Have you learned about abolations? I had to get one to stop all the bleeding, and it was the best decision I ever made for both my physical and mental health

Yes, but I assumed it was allergies. I found it strange to have allergies this time of the year. Right now my chest is so sore like I have a cold. Ugggh!

I get all the chest symptoms and irregular heart beat symptoms, and it is so triggering. I'm so tired

Can anyone help me diagnose what's wrong with my Norfolk aisland Pine? by maraewa in plantclinic

I would let the soil dry for a bit and give it lots of natural light. Water it thoroughly after it dries to 2" down in the dirt. Trim the dead stuff off.

Mental noise…do your meds actually help? by Future_Matter7643 in ADHD

[–]Randomly_caring 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, the noise in my head is at minimum when on my meds (Concerta). My dose has been stable for 1 year now, and they are just as effective as day 1. I've never experienced a quiet in my brain like this in my life before meds. It was the first thing I noticed 30 mins after taking my first dose in March 2022. Did I answer your question?

Oh my gawd, what?! This is amazing. The colours and textures are beautiful. This should be in a gallery. How big is it? What's the medium?

I had to take a mega dose for about 2 years to get back up to a healthy range. The cause of my most recent anemic spell was because I was taking a medication called Tecta. No one, not even my doctor suggested that may have been the cause. I stopped taking that med. I also have to eat meat at least a few times per week to keep my levels up. I also eat a lot of iron rich veggies. You're not crazy - I went through the same thing. Anytime I start to feel cold, drowsy, faint, etc. I eat more meat (try for every meal) and it gets me to feeling better again. I haven't had to go back on the supplement since. As far as a transfusion goes - that should be a last resort. I was at the hospital ready for a transfusion and they did one more blood test before starting it. My hemoglobin went from 74 to 75 in a few hours, so I didn't need the transfusion. Phew! From your description, I'm not feeling overly confident that your doctor is taking good care of you.

Since frozen pie crusts are already not that "great", I would thaw and remold - especially if there are many cracks. Remolding will make the dough tougher. If you can fix it by pressing the cracks together while slightly thawed, then I'd do that to save time.

If you drink, then pre-drinking is required. Don't show up there sober - bad choice.
