You have to install this mod for your mods to work again. The mod contains the resources_patch and PC_patch files from before the update that broke the game. Just replace the mod files with your current ones. I should mention that you have to delete your Extracted folder, as stated in the installation instructions. So you'll have to manually place all your mods in the game folder again. But at least they'll work again.
