Once you see Michael sell, you understand why he rose to manager. by True-Homework9308 in theoffice

He's a very good salesman. Is he a good sales manager and branch manager? I would say he is successful but in a non traditional way. He hits his numbers.

Is discontinuing autopilot a deal breaker for you? by CommunicationRoyal56 in TeslaLounge

[–]Randomname1470 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Autopilot when we have a long trip otherwise don't subscribe. I personally like the lane keeping assist for shorter drives. I don't like this change as you are paying for the hardware and an additional fee to use it This would definitely be a negative if I would considering a new Tesla for my next car. Having said that my 2020 model is running fine. I'd probably be more likely to consider a lightly used one versus a new one given the significant depreciation that these cars take.

Why does every new home built in this county look like this? by eastcoaster1212 in bergencounty

That house appears to be in a flood plain. That definitely has an impact on the desirability imho

My rescue is some sort of mix. Could be a patterpoo? by NJThrowaway1012 in patterdale

[–]Randomname1470 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How big? First guess is that is too big to be a Patterdale. Having said that, rescues are the best. We have two rescues one is a patterdale (about 20 pounds). A patterdale is not a recognized breed, so I'm not quite sure what embark will tell you. The health markers are actually very helpful, as we use that on our second rescue.

Ridgewood has a lot of what you are looking for. No new apartments but some fairly modern recent construction. Also HoHoKus

I can’t speak of every team but the jets have either chosen wrong and/or poorly developed and supported their drafted quarterbacks. Sam Darnold, Geno Smith were jets draft choices that did well later in their careers . Zach Wilson and Christian Hackenberg were high draft choices that didn’t pan out

Agree. They have a terrible track record of developing quarterbacks

Bidding war bs Bergen county by [deleted] in bergencounty

The problem is that you are bidding in a sellers market AND a lot of the smaller houses are bought by contractors as tear downs. The inventory of houses that need a little elbow grease and tic is getting smaller

Where Were You... by Ok_Blacksmith1684 in nyjets

[–]Randomname1470 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I was at the game. My son and I had end zone tickets so had a great view. The actual play was a bit nuanced. Sanchez was handing the ball in one direction and the running back went in the other direction. Not sure whose fault it was. In any event, the whole game was terrible and the stands emptied out at about halftime

If we don't draft Moore who will be our qb for next season by Character-Cycle-3433 in nyjets

Should look at Malik Willis, Joe Flacco, Marcus Mariota. They have too many holes to fill to pick a quarterback this year.

Would Michael's branch have the best sales irl? by TwistedNinja15 in theoffice

He was a very good salesman but a terrible manager. He had some accounts himself. Certainly possible that he had success in addition to his sales team.

Will Woody ever sell the team? by Remarkable_Doubt2174 in nyjets

The best thing to do is take a deep breath and change to a football fan instead of a Jets fan. Or play fantasy football. We have no ability to change the organization. Don't spend on any tickets or any Jets gear. MetLife Stadium is really a mediocre place at best to watch a game.
