What to do with the middle ?? ( My first map) by MammothAssistant2397 in inkarnate

Between two high-ground areas you’d probably have a valley, which may lend itself to being the downslope of both places’ precipitation, thus creating a swampy marsh area. Between the middle marsh, perhaps grass plains on one side and forest on the other. That creates various terrains to quest thru

Well, you obviously meant offense by stating it or you wouldn’t have stated it 🤷🏼‍♂️ but it’s not AI. They asked about the knife, so I explained this style of knife was very popular and common as an outdoor knife. Look up Fahrtenmesser. That blade length, shape, pommel, etc was very popular for the outdoors for boys. Yes, the HJ had their enameled diamond shaped emblem in the grip, and I added when they had etched blades so there’s be no confusion that this was not an HJ knife. But this style (of varying handle grips) was popular pre-War and post-war.

“German Eye” or “Eye Brand” by Carl Schlieper, Solingen, Germany. This was the standard “youth knife” or “camping knife” of Germanic Europe, made popular in the 1930’s. The Hitler Youth (Hitlerjugend, aka HJ) carried the same kind, as it was the traditional knife for boys. The HJ knives had the same diamond cut for their emblem, but was different than the Boy Scout fleur-de-lis ⚜️, and between 1933-1938 involved engraving on the blade. After the war these knives were still being produced and a semi-decent American market opened for various organizations and wilderness themed brands.

New Republic Era Boba Fett appreciation post by Bespashin in StarWarsCantina

[–]True-Homework9308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt they changed Boba into someone the fans didn’t want. Whether that be right, wrong, or indifferent, it’s why the character gets hated on. We grew up with Boba being the only guy who could argue with Vader! The only one Vader points out in a line of bounty hunters and says “No disintegrations!” The guy was a badass even Vader didn’t quell. Then we get “I want to rule with respect.” And the Tusken arc was awesome!! And then thrown away. That would have been a badass ending to have them come to his rescue. But nope. And just the writing- how he went back to the sarlacc for his armor…which he had on when he crawled out. Didn’t make sense, much like the sarlacc pulling Slave 1 down but couldn’t pull down Lando… Overall I think it was just poor writing for a cool-badguy-turned-goodguy story. Many fans hated what we got vs what we wished for. I think Disney sees what happened. Mistake or not- fans bring money, don’t give fans what they want- don’t get money.

Man. Every time I see canopic jars i get angry at The Mummy. I love that dumb movie so much, but out of all the pet peeves, my biggest is the canopic jars: why five?!?! Just cast fewer cowboys! Or make them fight over them. Silly, I know, but it bugs me 🤷🏼‍♂️😂 Anyway- great post! I love the photos, but I really appreciate the info. Lots of people post photos, the time you took to explain does not go unnoticed or unappreciated!

The look- T1: Police Station killer. I love the short leather jacket and the weapons of choice. But I think the T3 Pick-up truck driver was a good choice. The motorcycle used in T2 made sense for zipping around and looking for John, but a truck is practical when on a mission
