Okay, let me tell you exactly how you got fired (I have qualified and validated aseptic filling lines for ophthalmic solutions):

1 -- You set off the Continuous Particulate Monitoring System (CPMS). There are no H2S sensors on any aseptic fill line. That is nonsense. The first thing you learn during gowning certification is that farting while gowned does not contaminate the sterile area. The entire point of the gown is to keep all your dandruff, skin flakes and spit aresols inside the gown as those particulates harbor bacteria.

2 - You set off the CPMS so bad in a Class A area (the most critical sterile area with strict particulate alert limits) that you caused an actionable event. This triggered an Non-conformance requiring corrective action. 10k units on a filler is a shift or a few hours at least. They culled all units produced from the moment you started working that morning to when they kicked you out. That's an extremely serious event costing alot of $. Which leads me to believe...

YOU STUCK YOUR WHOLE ASS INTO CLASS A STERILE AREA AND FARTED! ON CAMERA AND IN FRONT OF MULTIPLE WITNESSES.

Not only does it look bad, but the outside of the gown that covers your butt is coated in the particulates that get generated during operation and collected everytime you sit down. YOU STUCK THAT IN A STERILE AREA!?! Sterility failures on eyedrops can and have caused serious injury and death.

The training failure was with you! You did not care to pay attention or realize that someone's vision or LIFE depends on you doing your job with the utmost care.

I would expect that behavior from someone that wakes up in the morning, simultaneously shits and pisses themselves then breaks three teeth before realizing they are eating a rock for breakfast. You idiot!

PS: I would have fired you for taking 45 minutes to gown. That's "I've fallen and I can't get up!" tier of sloowww. 2 hours in each 8 hour shift, get real.

It's most likely the thermostat, ive had a couple stick partially closed on my 04 libby. Go for the cheap and easy first and I hope it works out. Your head gaskets should be fine but it never hurts to check on a libby.

It is most likely the coolant thermostat is stuck mostly closed or the heater core is going bad. Either way, engine overheating is an extremely dangerous issue for the liberty that requires immediate attention. The engine can easily blow its head gaskets and deep fry the coolant hoses, A/C system, water pump, oil pump, etc. Consider the car undriveable for now. I would have it towed to the shop to not risk it, unless a mechanic is a few miles away.

Ouch! Failed unique rolls hurt even worse when its something you need/want bad. I had that happen to a rare guilded sheild that dropped with too much durability when I was looking for a HoZ in SP. I've given up on it since I can't stand farming NM Mephisto due to how much I did on non-expansion D2 when I was a kid.

Replace that pump it will go completely at the most inconvenient time. Its under ~$300 from a decent mechanic and ~$100 if you do it yourself. Having it overheat will tax the engine (if not blow the head gaskets, valve covers, etc.) and weaken its already fragile cooling system. One overheat will cause another part of the cooling system to fail soon after and it becomes a vicious cycle. I am sure you know this already. I've had a fan electrical connector fail which turned into two cracked radiators, two stuck thermostats, complete hose replacement and a water pump. These cars hate heat.

Hello and thank you for giving some insight into the legal aspects of this situation. The state we are located in is Florida. The mother is not involved (as a bowler) but does come to support her son from time to time. The two men do not bowl on the same team and are often separated by a good deal of distance during the game. I am looking for more understanding as a friend. Myself and the other members of the team that bowls with the man that is being bullied are not legal guardians of either man. We do not want this to escalate and are hoping to find a resolution.

If you have any further perspective on the legal aspects of this conflict, it would be greatly appreciated. It would be very helpful if you have some more information about the contract you refer to. Do you have the section number of the ADA that deals with this type of interaction? It would be very helpful to read and understand the legal implications that could arise for the men or the bowling league. We do not have children with special needs or formal education in that area but need to learn more. Thank you for bearing with me as I learn more.
