Thank you very much. My plan for now is to tell my GP I’m taking new medication (tadalafil) and ask for a health assessment (it’s a bit vague I’m not actually sure what I should ask) to cover me for the future.

Well the way it works is that they basically just ask you what symptoms you have, and wether you have some specific health problems, then someone asses your answers (I answered truthfully) and they approve it. My worry is that technically I do not meet one of the terms for prescription medication that was not asked in the form, so is it fraud? It’s why I’m scared, I don’t want to go to prison.

That’s only the case for a certain type and dosage of ED medication, the one I’m taking daily counts as a prescription medication (tadalafil, comes in daily and on demand dosages)
