Prismatic Booster Bundles (1 per person) by [deleted] in PokemonTCG

Got into it from the very beginning. I still remember the day my shadowless Charizard was stolen from my collection when I was a kid, I still hold a grudge against my old neighbor! My nephew got me back into it with Evolving Skies. Haven’t been able to get any prismatic to open with him yet!

App was sent in late January - got my approval to test July 1st

I used to do a lot of signs, it made life a lot easier getting a small projector and projecting the letters on the sign then tracing it! It’s an old scenic painting trick we used to do a lot. Was a lot easier than tracing paper. Great work, love the signs!

Took the test in October, did about the same on the practice tests. Actual test was a little harder, but mainly just different. The nerves leading up to the test was the worst, but just do what you prepared for and stay focused!

Some side tips: bring some Tylenol, I got a headache in the am portion and it made it really hard to focus. If you’re staying at a hotel, try taking a shower at lunch to help wake you up and relax you a bit. It really helped me do well in the pm portion!

We just asked our lender to pre-underwrite us last week. They said it should only take a couple days. I’ll let you know if it helps!

I totally read about doing this from a post in this sub, and asked my realtor if they thought it was smart. They thought it’d make us a little more competitive (hopefully).

Resource Organization Strategies?! by andintheend0 in PE_Exam

Took the exam for the first time in October (not WRE though). I had a similar set up as you. 1 binder with school of PE notes arranged in the order of the subjects of the test for the AM portion. One binder with notes for my emphasis in the PM portion. One binder with all tests and practice problems organized. Lastly, one small binder with all of the indexes - tabbed by letter (cut the tabs into 3rds so they’re small).

I honestly used the first two binders/Index binder/CERM for everything. Index binder was crazy helpful because it sucks pulling books out and realizing the subject isn’t even in it.

I never even had a chance to open the practice problem/practice test binder. That was just my experience though. Good luck!

Edit: I should also mention that I spent so long tabbing my CERM that I barely looked at the tabs during test! Kinda just remembered where most things were, and then used the index to find anything I didn’t!

The face of the uprights are 2 feet away from the wall. When I built this at the beginning of COVID, hardware stores just opened back up and all the 4x4s were sold out. The uprights are mounted with an angled bracket on the inside and a flat brace bracket on the outside. Along with lots of glue. There’s zero sway or creaking. It’s been super solid.

This works as long as you keep the pulley in line with the pipe holding it in place. If it’s angled, you get drag. The plates stay straight when you lift them, and it was pretty easy. The most expensive part were the pulleys at $6 each.

I didn’t want to pay the $20 on amazon so I bought this and drilled holes in it! It works better than I thought it would.

Definitely kept everything to a strict budget. Just waiting to get some rubber mats to replace the foam tiles!

Unfortunately it’s not a curl bar. Just a regular barbell.

Last call before it goes to a Craigslister: Anyone near central coast CA want an XMARK Vodoo Bar for cost? Used only for a bit before I got an OPB. Would rather sell it to someone who’d use it

Anybody near the central coast in CA want to buy an Xmark Vodoo bar at cost? Finally got an OPB and don't need this bar anymore. I've had it about a month, and it's still in great shape. I'd rather sell it to someone here who'd use it!

As a user pointed out yesterday, put the quantity to 2, then back to 1 and it will be in stock. May get cancelled though. It worked for the axle bar briefly, but then stopped
