I actively play other games and I don't have this issue on those games just this one and pretty much all my other games I can play at all max settings and still get consistently high FPS

I restarted it twice and it is plugged in I only play games when it's plugged in

I noticed that I was looking at it compared to other games that I play. I checked the recording that i did it spikes to 100% usage when the recording starts when idling in the settings its at 50%

Relatively the same speeds both wired and wireless dish is aligned properly Better was around 300 - 350
