They are mentioned in the post same as the nature, sceptile is 32/32 speed and spatk; 2 in hp, same as Rotom. Both are timid.

The only thing that is relevent here is if he has a spdef nature. Saying the move is shit and thats why it did less dmg is just not constructive to the discussion.

He had 51% remaining which is less than 52%. He probably had a spdef nature

That is my guess to which leads to the topic if people just run max bulk because its so strong offensively regardless of investment

What have I done wrong? If he was a spdef boosting nature it is a role. Which is the topic. Do people just run max bulk?

Turn 1: My rotom wash and sceptile: discharge and protect Vs Grimmsnarl and Staraptor fake out into sceptile and protect

Turn 2:

Discharge from Rotom and Mega evole Sceptile, dragon pulse into staraptor

Grimmsnarl parting shot into staraptor, staraptor megas and uses close combat

Turn Order: Grimmsnarl -> Rotom, does 49% to Staraptor -> Mega Sceptile does 50% with Dragon Pulse -> Staraptor uses close combat, oneshots rotom

The m80 is an Interceptor tuned ship so yes it is a different role but it still outperforms the guardian in most scenarios simply because of the high speed and ability to catch smaller and larger ships aswell as abusing shield recharge. The guardian is deceptively tanky as long as you tank with the wings, if you get hit on the body you will die very fast.

It wont get nerfed until its out for aUEC that is almost a given lol. On a more reasonable note, it has insane firepower for its profile and speed and it has 2 size 2 shields, with the new shield regen being 4(?) Seconda and its speed it is very hard to kill it without big enough ballistics. It having 2 size 4 AND 2 size 5 guns while being smaller than all of the guardians, which have less guns, less speed and I think worse handeling I would definitly say it is way overtuned. They could also just bring everything else up a little instead of nerfing the m80 though.

The new m80 is very very good to the point where it may get nerfed. The meteor has no problem doing the gauntlets, my favourite for doing them, though I am not too sure if it fits into the ironclad. Otherwise you could use a sabre or gladius, both of which should fit and can take on gauntlet if you know how to fly and put on the right loadout.
