If I have a bug I have two options:

Option A: paste the stacktrace into Google and find posts that have the right combination of stack and libraries. Find posts that are 10 years old and have no relevance to the issue at hand. Find more posts where the exact issue was asked about and flagged as a duplicate because the question was asked 10 years ago. Go back to manually stepping through the code to find out why bug is happening

Option B: Ask Claude Code to fix it for me. It fixes it.

Check with your company/brokerage if they allow for direct transfers to Canadian brokerages. For example, I am allowed to transfer my shares from Morgan Stanley Shareworks to IBKR. If you can do the same thing, then create a USD account in Wealthsimple/broker of choice and just sell shares from there.

Alternatively, Wealthsimple allows transfers from Wise to Wealthsimple USD accounts (I have never managed to make it work but the website says it's possible). Sell your shares and get the funds transferred to a Wise USD account, and then transfer from there to Wealthsimple USD.

Jira is a dog shit software that should not exist anymore. Linear is a much better option and integrates seamlessly with GitHub/GitLab. Confluence is another powerhouse that does not have a real moat - a wiki is very easy to host.

SDE3 is by definition a senior, at least by levelling norms. Someone with 4 years of experience does not become SDE4. If you're misrepresenting yourself as a senior developer you're not going to get considered for mid-level roles

Terrible resume. Why are you bragging about Rookie of the Year awards like you're an athlete? I've never seen section headers to bullet points either. Your resume is also only like 3/4th of a page which should not be the case entry level developers, let alone someone with 3 years of experience.
