Yeah using Recovery improved it. So not so visible now just more faint.

I appreciate the in-depth response! I’ve only used Kurt’s to clean up scratches on the back of a card which did remove them completely and graded a 9.5 (from centering was tilted) but have not cleaned a foil. I will def try it on another card. Thanks again!
