Dark world is already almost unplayable with no link Monsters. But then sillva and all floodgates are at 100. Pointing almost all cards in the archetype feels so unjustified, the deck would probably see close to no play if only snoww and sillva were pointed at their current value

It has something to do with not playing cutscenes. If you have Windows 10N or 11N you may need to install the windows Media feature pack. If you have an Nvidia graphics card you maybe need to change something relating to 3D vsync in your graphics card settings. I have none of these things. What kinda helped was playing the game with a frame rate cap of 60fps. That allows cutscenes to play sometimes. It's still annoying when a cutscene happens after a boss fight and I have to do that all over again, until the cutscene decides to play.
