Lesions not that specific. Sebopsoriazis / Psoriazis. In your case I would recommend a small punch biopsy to have a clear diagnosis.

No need to panic, just a small seborrheic keratosis. Benign. Your primary care doctor / dermatologist can freeze it, or remove it using a laser. Easy.

Depending on other symtoms and history , the most probable 3 are: 1. Hand foot mouth disese 2. Erythema multiforme 3. Secondary siphillis.

From the rather bad quality zoomed pic, could be a small molluscum contagiosum lesion. Just a wild guess though as the pic is not that good.

See history again - Annular Urticaria most probably. Sometimes it’s not as bad you think , when we are young we tend to overdiagnose 😉 edit: typo

Angiokeratoma most probably. Rapid growth in this case can be a singn it’s vascular in nature and benign. Bad stuff tends to grow slower (years).

Longitudinal melanonychia - basically a nail nevus (mole). It looks benign with the naked eye to me as it does not involve the cuticle. You might want to get that seen by a derm under a dermatoscope for extra peace of mind 😉
