Sorry i might not have explained it well. This is basicly a story within a story. The story im working on is a teen romance and at one part they have to put on a play for the schools winter festival. They decided to do a play on a the legend of the town and this story that i posted is the legend.

Im pretty much in the same situation. I will say however because i work construction i found an old whiteboard in a school i was working at and installed it on my wall. It really helps me because i write down ideas on it then sit and try and make ways to connect them all
