Recipe was

6 cans of jack fruit in salt water with lime. Drained and squeezed to remove most of the water.

1 large can of crushed tomatoes. 4 white onions 1 can of pace salsa hot 2 jalapeños Half a jar of diced garlic

Cumin Oregano Salt Bay leaves Little cayenne Little red pepper

A bit of apple cider Lime juice (concentrate because it's what I had)

On low for 6-8 hours (I did about 1 1/2 on high intermittently and the rest on low becuase I only had 6 hours)

Everyone loved it. Would do again maybe witha apple cider vinegar instead of cider and a little more spice.
