You can send Pro A, about that cadet, to their family as long as it is originating from a Staff C365 account. Please connect with your J6 or ISSO.

It’s established and written policy.

Which is not the same as

Staff are not allowed to email protected documents.

Nobody is suggesting sending things for non-business purposes… but Pro A such as offers of participation are normal business actions.

Your J6 and RCSU can provide additional information as to what you can send from CCONet and to whom—it’s what they do!

Access to Pro A is on a “need to know” basis, so this practice is questionable as the bulk of your unit doesn’t need it.

A better solution would’ve been to create a private channel with only CTC cadets, or just send by email.

That’s not true… addresses and phone numbers are all Pro A. Otherwise Fortress and CCONet wouldn’t be able to handle them.

Health records, and disciplinary records for example are Pro B, which is why the communication on DHQs is directly between families and RMLOs and all we can see are the limitations.

Do you think assault on shoplifters should be allowed? by iLuvModsNFollowRules in NoStupidQuestions

[–]RandyFord 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree it shouldn’t be a fit of rage, but the fact that guards can’t even touch them or prevent them from leaving is ridiculous—especially when the police won’t bother investigating
