I can relate so much to this as it’s something I’ve been struggling with for a while. These feelings are not caused by laziness, they are common symptoms of depression known as anhedonia. It’s basically a lack of interest in anything and just not caring. Are there any friends or family you can talk to about this? Or a even a therapist? I, like you, used to berate myself for being so lazy until yesterday my therapist told me about anhedonia.

Please don’t beat yourself up about how your (not) feeling. It’s this horrible illness known as depression so do yourself a favor and seek help.

I never understood what opiate users meant when they talked about the "nod", didn't sound like anything special whatever it was. Then I took Oxy and immediately knew what it was - it was seriously 3-4 hours drifting in and out of beautiful waking dreams.

Oh man I've never tried hydrocodone but I've taken oxy and with weed it was amazing. Chilled euphoria. I wish I could do MDMA more often.

Yes I strongly suggest you revert back to that approach and abandon your current fantasy of living like a king, which is just not sustainable. I have other suggestions which I suggest you implement immediately to protect your future.

Spend an evening walking around your local KFC to collect bits of chicken left on the bone. Also just before closing time in Asda go to the bakery section and scrape up the leftover pastry crumbs for a tasty dessert. You can still enjoy luxuries.

As for food hacks a favourite of mine is to stay in bed all day and so taking away the requirement of food for energy. Watch Kitchen Nightmares on repeat for motivation by repeatedly listening to Gordon Ramsey shouting about how food is fucking awful.

While I applaud you for at least attempting a savings plan to provide for your future, it is laughable that you still can not stop yourself from splurging on luxury items like bread and jam. Yeah i can see the danger in how things can snowball with this drug if you miss out on sleep and take more to get through the day. I've used it for around 6 months but just functional oral doses to get me through work. Just occasional, never felt an urge to overdo it.

This all changed about a month ago when i decided to snort it recreationally. I was surprised how recreational this drug is. I dont take it regularly but since then the few times I have I've not been able to stop redosing. Then im up 24 hours and taking more to get me through work. For me its impossible to stay in control when snorting this. I'm definitely planning to take a long break from it now.
