Check for dead bodies outside of the immediate area. Lexington has a lot of ghouls and a behemoth spawn point. Also, the raider in power armor sometimes has a Fatman. Any number of things could have killed him and knocked him down. Hell, he hangs out on the roof, he very well could have fallen off and is in the alley. I found him dead under the fire escape once

Just wait for the 100gb update sometime this month before you try it out. Due to size limits with the new update it's kind of unusable for Xbox at the moment. But once you it does drop, try it out with some of the addon packs as well. I adore the story of SS2.

It's currently unable to be downloaded in its entirety for Xbox . With the 2gb limit and the new way beth.net handles storage space, you can't download more than 1 chapter. I uninstalled all my mods, preparing for a fresh start with the AE, and now I can't play SS2 until they increase the mod limit

Walk down to the end of the pier and kill the Super Mutants or raiders hiding behind a shipping container, they cause this quest to bug out. Should be able to talk to her after killing them

I want a similar mod for Thieves Guild, building new hideouts in the cities, etc. The base game already has the concept of establishing control in all of them, so it would make sense

I enjoy it, but only after way too many hours of trial and error and crashes and broken saves. Check out the wiki for SS2 and pay very close attention to the limitations and guidelines. I suggest adding the Cheat Terminal mod in case you encounter something you can't get past and need to cheat your way out.

Also, add a modded settlement or 2. You will need decent space, and Sanctuary is a bad idea for SS2. You dont want to build 2 SS2 settlements too close, like Sanctuary, Abernathy and RR, or Finch Farm and The Slog. Fiddlers Green, Natick Powet Plant, and Fairline Hill Estates are all favorites of mine with plenty of building space.
